If ya feeling down
If ya ever feeling down, look up to the skys & close ur eyes, be it night or day. Clear ur mind of everything. If u can wear a ear muff so that ya can't hear anything. Feel the breeze or sun in ur face. Feel deep down into u. Control ur breathing, take in a deep breath, exhale slowly. Think about wat made u feel down, then think of some psuedo happy moments. As in what will make u happy again ^^ haha if ya still feeling down after all this, try to talk to a friend close to u abt it it will surely make u feel better ^^
